Elite Vehicle Recovery has been trading in the car & commercial vehicle recovery sector since 2009 & is now one of Liverpool’s leading vehicle recovery companies. We now offer our services to the general public for vehicle breakdown, accident recovery, jump start & road side assists & much more.
We offer general recovery services to individuals, fleet companies, insurance companies & breakdown clubs. Elite Vehicle Recovery currently has the following fleet on the streets of the North West 24 hours a day, 365 days a year:
2 x 3.5t beavertail
1 x 3.5t spec
1 x service vans
2 x 7.5t extra long tilt and slide + spec lift
All of our vehicles are operated by a professional team of drivers who are always happy to assist our clients. All our drivers dress in full company uniform & carry a company ID.
The company is currently working towards ISO 9001 & PAS 43 accreditation & aims to have this in place by March 2014.
Our clients include finance companies, breakdown clubs, insurance companies, private individuals, other recovery companies & the motor industry.
All our vehicles are fitted with Quartix tracking devices & North West wide two way radios connected to our control room in Liverpool. Once a call is received into our control room we are able to dispatch the nearest available unit within minutes.
Breakdown Recovery
Has your vehicle broken down? Do you need vehicle recovery? If so, please do not hesitate to contact us as we are confident we can help you out through this difficult time. We can offer breakdown recovery for cars, bike recovery & commercial vehicle recovery all within 1 hour of us receiving your call or your vehicle recovery can be booked at a later time to suite you.
We will dispatch one of our recovery trucks to take your broken down vehicle to a destination of your choice, all of your passengers can be transported to the same location as well. Depending on circumstances, we can also arrange safe storage for your vehicle until it can be taken to a garage.

Accident Recovery
If you have had a Road Traffic Accident (RTA) or collision & your vehicle is unsafe to be driven we can offer accident recovery to help you during what is normally quite a stressful time. We will ensure your vehicle & passengers are taken to a destination of your choice or alternatively we can collect your vehicle & store it in one of our secure compounds & then your insurance company can collect it from us to save you the hassle.
If your vehicle has already been moved by the Police or local Council due to an RTA, we can arrange for collection from their pound using our trade insurance & then deal with your insurers.
Commercial recovery
At Elite Vehicle Recovery we understand that time is money & when it comes to your company vehicles being on the road we will help you to get back on track as soon as possible. Whether you require a 12/24v jump start, commercial van recovery or have a broken down truck or van that needs recovery or assistance our fleet of medium to heavy recovery vehicles ensures that no van will be left on a side of the road. Maybe one of your fleet is awaiting repair & you need commercial transportation? If so we can assist.

24/7 Rapid Roadside Recovery
Police & compound collections
Elite Vehicle Recovery has necessary tools & facilities to help you out if you find yourself in one of the below situations:
- Your vehicle has been taken off the road for not having a valid MOT
- Your vehicle has been taken off the road for not having valid insurance
- Your vehicle has been impounded due to a crime involving it
- Your vehicle has been taken by Police after an accident or collision
- Any other situation where you cannot provide enough paperwork to pick your vehicle up
We have the appropriate insurance policy that allows us to recover & transport 3rd party vehicles on behalf of their owners from a police or local authority pound (this service comes at a charge). Also, most compounds including Police ones have a fast track appointment based pickup arrangements for 3rd parties like ourselves so we may be able to help with this to. So if you need a police collection please contact us for further details. We are confident we can meet your demands & provide you with a swift, professional service.
Scrap vehicle collection
Elite Vehicle Recovery can help you if you have a vehicle that you want to dispose of but it cannot be sold or if it has been abandoned on your private land (this is done under the TORTS (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 for more info please contact a member of our Management Team). We can pick it up from your location free of charge depending on if the vehicle needs to be stored & provide a certificate of destruction so you can fulfil legal requirements.

Vehicle storage
We have 2 secure storage compounds both located in Bootle, Liverpool (approx 200 vehicles) both with 24 hour security & CCTV. Prices vary depending on the length of storage required & we can offer discount rates if you are a regular client, this can be done depending on the volume of vehicle you wish to store.
